Valorie Jeans Care Closet exists to be a blessing to Central Ohio youth by providing clothing, shoes, and personal care items. We seek to give children their “needs to succeed.” In 2020, we lost our beloved grandmother, Valorie Jean, to COVID. She was a warm, loving, kind, generous, and beautiful lady who was a blessing to everyone she met. She struggled growing up in a poverty-stricken community at a young age. Her childhood challenged her to make the world equitable; she gave opportunities to others that she did not have herself. Through Valorie Jean's Care Closet, we seek to honor her memory and preserve her legacy by continuing to bless others.
